**ALL BIDDING TO BE MOVED OUTSIDE WITH ALL LIVESTOCK/INSIDE DEADSTOCK TO REMAIN INSIDE AND TO BE VIEWED BEFORE THE AUCTION STARTS! AUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE OUTSDE TO THE FRONT & REAR OF THE BARN! OUTSIDE DEADSTOCK TO START FROM 11AM!**

Face masks/coverings/visors are mandatory in the barn and recommended and encouraged for extra precaution for yourselves and others when around the rest of the site.

Carrying your own hand sanitiser/antibacterial wipes and using often is very important.

Hand sanitiser stations will be provided!

Buyers should not touch the items unless intending to purchase!

You should follow the instructions of the staff on site without question!

Auction opens from 6:30am for sellers/vendors and buyers recommended to arrive from 9am! Auction starts at 10am!

All livestock to be handled by the sellers and buyers only!

Unfortunately due to pet licence costs etc we will not be selling Pets/Exotics at Dodge City this year!  Auctions next year will include pets. All Poultry/Waterfowl are still welcome. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause!

The Poultry/Waterfowl, Chicks/ducklings, Pet Items/Feed/Inside Deadstock, Fresh Produce/Plants and Hatching Eggs will remain in the barn but the auction will take place outside and the majority of the Dead stock/general item will be outside!

***ORDER OF AUCTION*** Auctioneer Marek will start on the pet items/feed/inside Deadstock at 10am and then at 11am will go outside to start the Deadstock/Sundries! Auctioneer Andrew will start on the Chicks/Ducklings at 10:15am and then will sell them poultry/waterfowl and finish on the hatching eggs!

There is a brilliant food van (The Dorset Grill) selling a great variety of hot/cold food and drinks!

All Livestock requires water and bedding which is provided and Strictly no more than 1 cockbird/drake per cage!
