MAGPIE AUCTIONS MONTHLY AUCTION AT THE WEST WOODLANDS SHOWGROUND, FROME, SOMERSET, BA11 5ES!!!!

Viewing from 8am on the day of the Auction. To commence at 10am on lot 1, 12noon working backwords and 1pm for A-Z lots including Trailers & Vehicles etc!

We will be filling the entire barn with lots include the sale of:

• Vintage Bygones
  • Collectables and Curios
  • Tools, Implements and Machinery
  • Garden Items
  • Household items & So Much More!!!
• Trailers & Vehicles etc

Auction & Catering to be held in the large pavillion so no matter the weather we will be going ahead! Catering from “Sugar & Slice Catering” and “Dorset Grill Event Catering” who will be providing you will a selection of hot & cold beverages & food! 

Parking on the fields infront of The Pavillion so please bring appropriate vehicles!

We are an Old Skool Auction meaning: NO ONLINE BIDDING!! You turn up on the day of the Auction, Register for a buyers number, Bid on the items you wanted (Or items you didnt want!!!!), Pay & take your items away there and then with you! We do accept commission bids if you are unable to stay for the duration but all lots need picking up by 5am on the day of the Auction. 

Auction Catalogue & Pictures

The online catalogue will be available in the week before the auction and will be updated daily as details come in. Pictures of Lots will be on our Facebook page in the week before the Auction as well as a live video of the Lots on the Saturday evening before the auction! 

Information for Buyers and Sellers

MAGPIE AUCTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Entry: £1 Per Person (Children free)

-Before you can bid, you’ll need to be registered. Registration is completely free, and you can do this in person on the morning of the auction at the Registration Desk. You need to register each time for a buyers number! 

-Buyers Fees: 15% Buyers commission on the hammer which is capped at £500 per lot.

-Sellers Fees: £2.00 per lot for all lots. £5 per lot for larger items sold exclusively at 1pm. 20% Commission on the hammer which is capped at £500 per lot. (Please note that any sellers with a pay out of more than £300 will not be paid out on the day and will be paid within 3-5 working days after the sale unless previous arrangements have been made with Magpie Auctions.)

All lots are to be in place in by 8:00am on the morning of the auction. Any changes and amendments must be in with us by 6pm on the evening before the auction. Magpie Auctions reserve the right to refuse amendments on the morning.
