Viewing from 8am. Auction to commence at 10am on lot 1, 12noon working backwords and 1pm for A-Z lots including Trailers & Vehicles etc! 

The fanastic “Dorset Grill Event Catering” will be providing you with all their lovely hot and cold food/drinks they have to offer. 

We are an Old Skool Auction meaning: NO ONLINE BIDDING!! You turn up on the day of the Auction, Register for a buyers number, Bid on the items you wanted (Or items you didnt want!!!!), Pay & take your items away there and then with you! We do accept commission bids if you are unable to stay for the duration but all lots need picking up by 5am on the day of the Auction.

Parking on the field so please bring appropriate vehicles!

Auction Catalogue & Pictures

The online catalogue will be available in the week before the auction and will be updated daily as details more is confirmed. Pictures of Lots will be on our Facebook page in the week before the Auction as well as a live video of the Lots on the Saturday evening before the auction! 

Information for Buyers and Sellers

MAGPIE AUCTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entry fee: Free. Buyers registration: £1 Per Number

Before you can bid, you’ll need to be registered. Registration is completely free, and you can do this in person on the morning of the auction at the Magpie Auctions Office Desk.

-Buyers Fees: 15% Buyers commission on the hammer which is capped at £500 per lot.

-Sellers Fees: £2.00 per lot for all lots. £5 per lot for larger items sold exclusively at 1pm. 20% Commission on the hammer which is capped at £500 per lot. (Please note that any sellers with a pay out of more than £300 will not be paid out on the day and will be paid within 3-5 working days after the sale unless previous arrangements have been made with Magpie Auctions.)

All lots are to be in place in by 8:00am on the morning of the auction. Any changes and amendments must be in with us by 6pm on the evening before the auction. Magpie Auctions reserve the right to refuse amendments on the morning.
